A 29-year-old counselor caught secretly filming naked children at a Swedish summer camp won’t be punished for his crimes.
The man was arrested in June 2007 after being discovered making recordings of children while they were taking saunas at a summer camp in the archipelago outside of Norrtälje, north of Stockholm, the Metro newspaper reports.
But just before prosecutors brought formal charges against the 29-year-old, he managed to slip out of the country and escape to Thailand.
Since then, the man has been hiding out in the Asian paradise, ignoring repeated summons and waiting until the statute of limitations for his crime expired.
And just a few hours after the former camp counselor could no longer be charged with a crime, prosecutors had no choice but to grant his request that they return the recording equipment and computer confiscated when he was arrested.
“Obviously, you can get upset over how easy someone can have criminal suspicions against them written off,” prosecutor Eva Thunegard told the newspaper.
The man was able to leave the country so easily in part because he had a protected identity due to having been the subject of earlier threats.
According to Metro, the man currently works as a school teacher in another country.
"It’s disgraceful that it’s so easy to avoid a trial and possible conviction,” a parent of one of the children filmed by the counselor told the newspaper.
Yes, it is, but is it disgraceful enough to actually put you people into action? Will you continue to allow your sisters, sons, and daughters to be served up to every perversion imaginable? Perhpas you people need some time to think.
Now this is absolutely perfect as it follows another Local story which features the ruling Marxist cretins announcing that they have passed stricter legislation on child pornography. The amount of dishonesty, apathy, hypocrisy and outright immoral decay on display by the Swedish society in general is simply mind blowing. The left has reduced principles and morality in this country to such low levels, for the purpose of creating the appearance of an all inclusive and tolerant voting union, that they have even sacrificed the innocence of their own children. I never thought that a society could sink lower than offering their women over to appease barbarians or to bribe them for a mandate; however, it looks like I was wrong again. Apparently in tolerant Swedenland, children are an untapped resource in the cultivation of votes.
This man should be brought to justice in any way possible. There should be no mistake about the need to dole out the most brutal of punishments for daring to violate the innocence of children. Just as i do not respect the mandate of such morally reprehensible scumbags like the ones currently running this dung heap of a country, the people, I am referring to the ones who still care about their nation, should fall short of having any respect for so-called "limitations" of prosecution when it comes to crimes against children. Come to think of it, why have any respect for the judicial system of a nation which believes that a rapist, if even convicted, should be entitled to weekend furloughs, massage therapy, and satellite television as punishment? Sweden has removed every last possible deterrence against crime. There is pretty much no reason whatsoever why one shouldn’t turn to crime. I must say that I have never seen such a desperate attempt by a western society to burrow leagues below what we all thought was rock bottom according to any moral standard.
Sweden; you are probably one the most thoroughly disgusting countries that western society has ever produced. You have lost all sense of honor, pride, and morality the worst thing about it is that you seem proud of such a despicable achievement. Your willingness to bend over for every conceivable demand by your muslim population for the sole purpose of gaining their vote shows the true fiber of your character. The way in which you sacrifice your women, and now your own children, in order to appear tolerant enough for just a few more votes, shows just how low you people really are. I hope you are proud of such remarkable feats. I hope that the bed you have made helps you pass the nights in deep slumber. I must warn you though; there will come a day when those from within your own borders, those who still have a soul, will not tolerate this any longer. They will seek you out and then you will understand that your actions do indeed have consequences. Make no mistake my Marxist friends; your antics have been the sole reason for any future abandoning of the democratic process when it comes to problem solving. It is in fact your side which abandoned that long ago with your forcing hordes of immigrants upon the people without ever asking their permission. Do not be surprised when the real men of Sweden come to call using the same tactics you have used for decades. It is then when you shall reap the fruits of your labour.
