This repulsive nonsense comes to us from The Telegraph;
"We've seen an increasing number of individuals here in the United States become captivated by extremist activities or causes," said John Brennan, deputy national security advisor for counter-terrorism and homeland security.
"The president's national security strategy explicitly recognises the threat to the United States posed by individuals radicalised here at home," Mr Brennan said Wednesday at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
"We've seen individuals, including US citizens, armed with their US passport, travel easily to terrorist safe havens and return to America, their deadly plans disrupted by coordinated intelligence and law enforcement."
Faisal Shahzad, the top suspect in the failed car bombing in Times Square on May 1, is a naturalised US citizen, who allegedly became radicalised after years in the United States and received training by Pakistani extremists.
Major Nidal Hasan, an American-born army psychiatrist who is the only suspect in the killing of 13 people at Fort Hood army base last year, was allegedly drawn to radical thought while serving in the armed forces.
Mr Brennan said that "unprecedented" pressure ratcheted on al-Qaeda since Mr Obama took office had severely limited the group's ability to move, raise funds, recruit and carry out attacks.
But he said the network was now relying on poorly trained "foot soldiers" who might be able to slip past US defenses because they do not fit the conventional profile of a terrorist.
"This is the new phase of the terrorist threat, no longer limited to coordinated, sophisticated, 9/11 style attacks," Mr Brennan said.
"As our enemy adapts and evolves their tactics, so must we constantly adapt and evolve ours."
Mr Brennan also appeared to deliver the White House's most explicit rejection yet of "war on terror" terminology favored by the former administration of George W. Bush, which drove US foreign policy for years after the September 11 attacks of 2001.
"The president's strategy is absolutely clear about the threat we face. Our enemy is not terrorism because terrorism is but a tactic.
"Our enemy is not terror because terror is a state of mind and, as Americans, we refuse to live in fear.
"Nor do we describe our enemy as jihadists or Islamists because jihad is holy struggle, a legitimate tenet of Islam meaning to purify oneself or one's community."
And I wonder, John, exactly what that "purification" process includes. Sir you are an accomplice, a traitor, and a stain, aslap across the face on the honour of every fallen American who perished at the hands of this evil.
Where does one begin with this cretin, the regime he represents, his love affair with "Al Quds". his incessant pandering to muslims, and the direction and lengths that this gang will go to ensure that its form of "equality" results in Joe the Plumber being labelled at the same threat level as bin Laden. (who by the way is just an individual unfortunately fallen in with the wrong crowd and "radical ideas". We all know that there is no "war on terror or radical islam; we like to call it a slight disagreement with a handful of INDIVIDUALS who unfortunately, all seem to come from a similar background, which is sheer coincidence by the way.)
As a Jew I must say that I already know the score; we all do. The fickle nature of the Christian, his weaknesses and deviations when it comes to scoring political alliances and objectives has long been a source of danger and uncertainty to my people. Yet we have no choice but to love them as they are our brethren. Now we can only watch and pray that the world regains a grip on its sanity as we once again enter another dark era. For any Jew living in America, Britain, G-d forbid Sweden, and other European nations, it is now time to brace yourself for the age old, time honoured tradition of being the focus of the world's ills. Whether it be the lamentations of the Marxist, the muslim, or the just plain pathetic appeaser (i.e. the Swede) it really makes no difference to us; we can expect the same story, the same hate. I can't help but think if we just reproduced at the same rate as welfare fed muslims in France, then we would be in a better position as our voting bloc would have been higher; but that’s just wishful thinking. At any rate my brothers and sisters, we still have each other, we have our love, our courage, our faith, and we have Israel; though Mr. Brennan is actually working on that problem as we speak. But there is one thing which we have; one thing which has built a nation from the desert, that thing which destroyed all who dared to annihilate her, and the core of a new steel which shall carry us from the shoah onwards with honour and pride. I speak of the words, "לעולם לא שוב!!"; it needs no further explanation. We are not the same timid, weak, and fluid people we once were; the sad truth is that we took to long to learn. Now we stand fast, true, and strong; we will not slip into the darkness of history without a fight. It is our duty to fight for our home nations for as long as they will have us; but then we still have a home if all fails.
A question to my America brethren; have you any idea the significance of the actions, the characters, and the nature of the times now descending upon us all? This man, as well the regime he obeys, has all but screamed from the rooftops that America is to be totally transformed into an appeaser of evil, a nation of authoritarian mediocrity with no purpose other than to serve the interest of elitism and statism. American exceptionalism is now a vulgar expression of arrogance and sin; its documents nothing more than proof of white guilt and oppression. Islam is not your enemy now; the Jew, the patriot, the conservative are those elements which must be eradicated for the benefit of social justice and the utopia. Freedom, liberty, a man's right to be anything he is able to become are now the hunted animals in this new era. How did this nation ever slide so far? I would like to leave you with a quote that most of you know, but that almost all of you seem to forget.
"If we lose freedom here, there is no place to escape to. This is the last stand on Earth."
Ronald Reagan
Our backs are to the wall my friends; there has never been a more textbook exampe of a time to take a stand against oppression and tyranny. If you should march, if you fight, then we shall stand with you without fail.
